The Indiana Boer Goat Classic has been operating under formal written Articles of Organization since March 28, 2008.
ARTICLES of ORGANIZATION
| Amendment 1 to the Articles of Organization was proposed and approved at the Indiana State Fair meeting on August 16, 2008. This Amendment changed the titles of Chairman and Vice Chairman to President and Vice President.
| Amendment 2 to the Articles of Organization corrects the omission of the Executive Committee officers from the respective committees on which they serve.
