The families and individuals listed below are our members who have indicated their willingness to be listed in our Breeders Directory.   If you would like to get into the meat goat business, or just have children who want to show or you want to learn more about meat goats in general, please feel free to contact any of these people.   Our regular membership list is available to any Indiana Boer Goat Classic member.

We started out in dairy goats as a 4-H project for the kids.  Then the growing excitement of the Boer goats drew us in.  The Boer goats give more of a challenge, but we still love our Alpines, too.

B & B Show Stock is located in Washington, Indiana (Southwestern Indiana 45 miles north of Evansville and 45 miles south of Bloomington).  We started raising Boer goats after having successful 4-H show careers with sheep, swine and cattle.  We currently have a small, select herd of show fullblood and percentage does.  Our genetics consist of TLB Ripper, Bingo, Rocking C Cody, RRD Gauge and Gatwood.  If you are looking for a great show Boer Doe, ewes/wethers, or purebred Hereford heifers, please call either of us, Blakely Clements, or Bryan Fountain at anytime.

At BRDK Farms we got our start in Boer goats in 2004 with a couple percentage does as pets.   Our heard has expanded to include fullbloods and percentages with some color along with several Oberhaslis.  We started selling 4-H does and wethers in 2008, and have had several county Grand Champion wethers.   Our bucks are "PD", a son of Collateral Damage and "Renegade," our homegrown son of Indian Outlaw.  Our farm is located between Francesville and Winamac, Indiana.  Please feel free to stop in for a visit and see the goats.

Roster Ridge Farm is located in northern Indiana just east of Rochester, west of Winamac, just north of Kewanna, and just south of Culver.  Yep, you guessed it, we are on our own forty acre piece of heaven in the middle of nowhere and we wouldn't have it any other way!  We have been raising full blood Boer goats since 2009.  When we first decided to start raising Boer goats we decided that we wanted to be extremely selective with our foundation stock so we started small and only purchased the best quality does that our budget would allow.  They had to have all of the right pieces to produce quality offspring and still be within our budget; which ended up being a more difficult task than we could ever imagine.   We carefully hand-picked each of our does as well as the bucks that they have been bred to and have been very pleased with our success.  Our goal is to produce  quality show animals that are true to type, character and style and we have not been disappointed.  Our focus is on maintaining a small, healthy,  carefully culled show quailty herd and therefore have only a few kids for sale at any given time.   So, whether you're just getting started and would like to come to the farm to see how we do things, you're interested in what's for sale or you're interested in seeing our breeding bucks, give us a call, don't be shy, we love to talk goats.

Tommy, Denise and Crede Garriott, Scottsburg, Indiana started in the boer goat business in 2007. A long history in breeding and showing purebred beef cattle at the National level led them to jump start their program by purchasing the 2007 ABGA National Champion Buck BDF Yatzee. Does that matched that quality have been added along with KRG "The Rifleman" S22. Embryo transfer and artificial insemination have been incorporated to speed up the genetic potential and allow for more diversity in mating. Located just north of Louisville, KY off of I-65 the Garriotts encourage visitors to stop by and visit any time.

We are Ralph, Connie, Micaela, and Marissa Johnson.  We are located easily off of I-74 30 miles west of Cincinnati in Dearborn County.  Like a lot of people we started as a 4-H project that has turned into a hobby out of control.  Nobody can own just one.  We are breeding both fullblood and percentage Boers striving for show does and wethers.  Both of the girls are active in showing.  We are involved with the Tri-State Group which holds their auction and show at Greensburg Indiana.  Ralph is the creator of the Adjust A Boer kid boxes and is also making feeders to sell to other producers.  We are excited about getting 08-09 kids from out new herd sire Merlin, A Main Event son.  See us for your next show animal.

Located 20 miles west of Indianapolis, we raise 4-H show quality Boer goats 'with love."  Home of the Hendricks County 4-H Fair 2008 Grand Champion Doe, 2009 Reserve Champion Doe, and 2010 Reserve Champion Doe.

Mainly interested in a 4-H project for our two boys, we began our Boer goat adventure in 2006 with the purchase of two does. We quickly fell in love with our new hobby and our project continues to grow in numbers and quality. We sell a few select does and wethers each spring. Our goat farm is located 20 miles Northeast of Louisville, KY in Charlestown, Indiana.  We have been in the commercial goat industry since 2002.  Our commercial herd consists of Boer Kiko Cross Goats.  In 2007, we decided to start showing goats.  We have been very successful ever since.  The goal of 2M Boer Goats is to not only produce high quality Show Stock, but to raise Show Stock with excellent commercial abilities.  We always enjoy talking about goats.  Please give us a call anytime.

We are located in Northwest Indiana.

We are Frank and Trisha Zickmund and our two daughters Rachel & Courtney.  We have been in the livestock industry since 1991 with a purchase of some black Angus cattle.  We became interested in Boer Goats when our oldest daughter started 4-H seven years ago.  The goats were perfect since she was so small.  After two years of purchasing wethers, we decided to purchase some does and a buck, and start breeding our own show goats.  Our primary interest is 4-H and Junior shows for our daughteres to learn from.  We raised on our farm the Tipton Co. 2005 Reserve Grand Champion Doe and 2006 and 2007 Grand Champion Doe (all three different does).
